A. Custom Size Curtains
Custom-size curtains are manufactured specifically according to customer-selected measurements and specifications.
Custom-size curtain orders are generally dispatched within 2 to 15 business days.

B. Ready-Made Curtains & Other Products
For all products other than custom-size curtains:
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (IST) are generally dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (IST) may be dispatched on the next business day.
Orders received on Sundays, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next working day.
- Stock Availability
We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels; however, stock availability may occasionally vary due to simultaneous sales, supplier delays, inventory updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
If an item is temporarily unavailable:
Customers will be informed regarding the revised dispatch timeline.
The order will be dispatched as soon as the item is restocked.
